A member of the public can access documents within it by contacting the House of Commons Information Office (details here http://www.parliament.uk/documents/upload/g18.pdf). In the past I have asked for and received copies of documents referred to in PQs as being put in the Library.

However, clearly it&#039;s not the most accessible way to publish information!</description>
