Dear Ms Kelly

We have been in touch before and I thank you for your promptness in answering my last query. Hopefully my requests are not too burdensome and provide some good test cases for the upcoming Freedom of Information Act! I am writing this time to make an open government request for the following information:

  • 1) The contract between the British Library and the vendor(s) responsible for providing WiFi access and service.
  • 2) Bids to tender for WiFi service
  • 3) Minutes of meetings where WiFi and WiFi contracts and tenders were discussed.
  • 4) A financial breakdown of the costs and revenue resulting from WiFi
  • .

Please feel free to contact me by telephone or email if I can help you in any way. Could you also let me know if answering this request will result in me incurring any prohibitive charges for copying, as it may be more cost-efficient for me to simply inspect the documents in person.

I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. Please note that I have a new address.

Heather Brooke
